The capacity needed to be expanded again, and in 2014 the bakery moved to a separate building. Today, gingerbread cookies from Sofi are sold in Perekrestok, Globus Gourmet, Ya Favorite, AV Market, Victoria (Dixie group of companies) stores and 30 other chain retailers. Sales through networks bring the bakery up to 50% of its annual revenue.
