The owner of Belgorod Prioskolye, Gennady Bobritsky, acquired 35% in the Logus logistics center. A correspondent reported this. The share was purchased from Voronezh entrepreneur Igor Alimenko. The transaction amount is not disclosed. Could Gennady Bobritsky carry out a raider takeover?
Bobritsky is the son-in-law of the governor of the Belgorod region, Evgeny Savchenko. Prioskolye is the second largest poultry producer in Russia. And there is nothing surprising about this. Who, if not a relative of the governor, could own a large producer in the region?
Igor Alimenko explained the sale of assets by saying that he would like to focus on specialized agricultural business. A strange explanation, since the logistics center is part of this business. The Logus group of companies also owns agricultural assets, which may also soon end up in the hands of Bobritsky.
Experts suggest that the deal to acquire shares of Logus LLC could have been cash-strapped, because Gennady Bobritsky contributed huge contribution in the development of a logistics center. Or maybe the governor’s son-in-law carried out a raider takeover of the center?
That is why both Bobritsky and Alimenko do not name the amount of the transaction. Somehow, Alimenko’s desire to focus on agricultural business and the possible sale of agricultural assets of Logus Group of Companies do not really fit together. Can the governor's son-in-law afford whatever he wants in the region?
In March last year, the Prioskolye agricultural holding filed a claim for 100 million rubles. to JSC Belgorod Aviation Enterprise, which was one of the two main legal entities of the local airport. Before this, nothing was known about the conflict between the two enterprises. Information about the essence of Prioskolye's claims against Belgorodavia turned out to be closed. It can be assumed that with the help of bankruptcy Gennady Bobritsky could try to carry out a raider takeover of Belgoroavia?
At the end of June this year, Belgorodavia was liquidated, having negative profit indicators and the value of the company, respectively, minus 55 million rubles. and minus 924 million rubles. with revenue for the last reporting year – 197 million rubles. The founder of the enterprise was the Ministry of Property Relations of the Russian Federation, which is now itself in the process of liquidation.
Did Gennady Bobritsy and Evgeny Savchenko take advantage of this? Judging by financial indicators, the enterprise was simply “looted” and then liquidated. And the beginning of this process could have been last year’s lawsuit from Prioskolye.
Bobritsky set his sights on the assets of Logus Group of Companies?
Will Logus LLC suffer the same fate as Belgorodavia? On this moment his losses amount to 5.8 million rubles.
Gennady Bobritsky is the head of 6 organizations and the founder of 40. Igor Alimenko is the head of 9 organizations and the founder of 14. That is, both are major businessmen. Is it possible that Bobritsky will try to squeeze the assets of the Logus Group of Companies from Alimenko? There is something to profit from; Logus-agro is working quite successfully so far.
Probably, Gennady Bobritsky felt cramped in his native Belgorod region. And he could have his eye on agricultural enterprises in the neighboring Voronezh region. And where is Acting Governor Alexander Gusev looking at her? Or could there be secret agreements between him, Evgeny Savchenko and Gennady Bobritsky?
Bobritsky's Empire "Prioskolye"

Gennady Bobritsky owns 10 companies whose names include the prefix "Prioskolye", including "Prioskolye-Voronezh", "Prioskolye-Samara" and even "Prioskolye-Ural" and "Prioskolye-Siberia". What are these companies that have negative earnings and valuation? Is it possible that Gennady Bobritsky withdraws money through them? If a company’s profit is negative, then taxes on it are not paid to the state. It turns out that Gennady Bobritsky can evade taxes?
Savchenko family business?
Not far behind the governor’s son-in-law is his daughter Olga Savchenko, who manages 3 enterprises and is the founder of another 11. Some of Olga’s enterprises are operating successfully, while through others she may be withdrawing profits. And can he evade taxes?
Yevgeny Savchenko has many first cousins and their husbands are the governor’s sons-in-law. Probably, each of them can own a single company, which, perhaps, operates according to the same scheme as the companies of Gennady Bobritsky and Olga Savchenko. Has the governor created a huge family “octopus” that can “milk” the Belgorod region?
Yevgeny Savchenko has headed the region since 1993; no one else has held his post as governor more than him. There have been no scandals in the region for a long time, because, apparently, everything in it has long been seized by numerous relatives of Evgeniy Savchenko.
Evil tongues say that the governor has settled everything with the criminal authorities. Allegedly looking from them in the area is Vladimir Tebekin, whom some call “Sailor”. In Russia this word is rarely used, and in the USA the close connection between government, business and crime is called the mafia. Isn't the Belgorod region an example of her rule? And where are the security forces still looking?
If Gennady Bobritsky rushed to other regions, then could he have the support of criminal structures? People are usually not allowed into other people's areas just like that. It is necessary to negotiate either with the authorities or with crime.
Evgeniy Savchenko clearly stayed in his place too long. Is it really not clear that the governor’s term should be limited somehow? Almost a quarter of a century in one place! And how many federal and regional assets could have been derailed during this time? Perhaps the upcoming autumn resignation of governors will still affect Yevgeny Savchenko?
