Monitoring the progress of the technological process, the quality of grain preparation for processing, compliance with established regimes of the processing process and standards for the yield of finished products, loads on equipment according to the readings of instrumentation, laboratory analysis data and organoleptically. Ensuring uniform operation of equipment in the grain cleaning, crushing and knockout departments. Regulation and adjustment of the operating mode of serviced equipment, pneumatic transport and aspiration systems. Calculation of finished product yield rates.
