    - registers new editions of the Company’s charter in accordance with the requirements of the law.

    - accounting for shares, other securities, as well as shares (contributions) in other legal entities that the Company owns directly or controls through affiliates;

1.1 Scope of application

The Director of Corporate Governance performs the following functions:

9 Powers
