JUSTIFICATION OF THE PROJECT IDEA.

I chose the production of slippers because... They are an indispensable attribute of home comfort and warmth.

I believe that slippers are not difficult to produce, because... They can even be sewn at home. My product consists of two parts: a bottom and a top. To sew slippers you don’t need to have any specific skills, you just need to be able to cut them according to a pattern and make a few simple seams on a sewing machine. To prevent your slippers from becoming faded, you can decorate them in the form

appliqué or sew on a fur fluff. Such simple operations can be done by both professional and novice seamstresses. For experienced craftswomen, each pair of slippers can be

is original in its own way. When cutting house slippers, the patterns can be laid out so that practically no production waste remains.

STUDYING THE COMPETITIVENESS OF THE PRODUCT

In order to find out the competitiveness of my product, I tried to find companies and organizations where they sew slippers. Basically, in our city, slippers are made by private firms and enterprises, but their prices are clearly inflated. In stores, house slippers cost from 70 rubles and more, depending on the prestige of the store, and my product will cost almost twice as much. raw materials . In the future, I will work on the range of products. My company can also sew to order. For example, more complex slippers. I offer design options and fabric samples. Also, my company can sew from the customer’s material or according to his sketches.

In our country, many people have tried and are trying to start a business. But for a beginning entrepreneur, first of all, you need to study the sales market. But first you need to solve the questions: where, to whom, how, and at what price to sell your product. To do this, you need to create a lot of tables and calculations. I tried to create one of the main tables “studying buyers by social status” to help aspiring businessmen.

JUSTIFICATION OF THE PROJECT IDEA.

For my project, I chose to create a company for the production of stools.

Stools are round, square or triangular with carved patterns or simple. They can be seen in almost every home because they are very comfortable. I thought I decided that the production of stools is a fairly profitable enterprise. My company is called “v.” At first, four people will work in my company, together with me, i.e. I hire three men. I believe that many would agree to work because... the work is not difficult. In this way I will create at least a few jobs, but in the future I hope that my company will develop.

STUDYING COMPETITORS

In order to find out the competitiveness of my product, I began to look for organizations that make or sell stools.

And I found out that in our city they are produced at several private enterprises. In furniture stores they cost from 250 rubles.

and higher, depending on the quality and design. Of course, they are not affordable for our elderly population, and not all workers can afford them. I hope to attract more buyers because... my prices will be lower than in stores. To increase the profit of my enterprise, I can make other wood products from the leftover material. For example, bookshelves, bread bins, cutting boards. Such products will suit many people and will be inexpensive. My company can also work on order. For example, making products according to the customer’s sketches or from his materials.

LOGISTICS

In order to sell my product, I think that while my enterprise has just emerged and I have not yet begun to earn profit, I do not need to spend money on renting premises for a store, but start by renting a point on the market, or merging with some company, and renting the premises together. And over time, when more people learn about the company and income will increase

Then you will be able to rent the premises yourself. Raw materials and supplies can be purchased at the construction materials markets. Equipment can be purchased in a store or at any market.

Having studied the survey data, I, as a novice entrepreneur, realized that when producing goods, the most attention should be paid to reliability, because...
