COACH-TEACHER

  1. General provisions.

1.1. This job description has been developed on the basis of Federal Law dated December 29, 2012 No. 273 - Federal Law “On Education in the Russian Federation”, Order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation (Ministry of Health and Social Development of Russia) dated August 26, 2010 N 761n Moscow “On approval of the Unified Qualification Directory of Positions of Managers, Specialists and Employees, section “Qualification Characteristics of Positions of Education Workers.”

1.2. The position of a trainer-teacher falls into the specialist category.

1.3. A person with a higher professional education or secondary vocational education in the field of physical education and sports is accepted for the position of trainer-teacher.

1.4. The trainer-teacher is hired and dismissed by the director of the youth sports school.

1.5. The trainer-teacher reports directly to the deputy director of the school for educational work.

1.6. During the period of vacation and temporary disability of a trainer-teacher, his duties may be assigned to one of the trainers-teachers. Temporary performance of duties in these cases is carried out on the basis of an order from the school director, issued in compliance with the requirements of labor legislation.

3.Job responsibilities.

3.1. Enrolls children and adolescents who want to engage in physical education and sports and do not have medical contraindications into a sports school, section, group of sports and recreational activities.

3.2. Selects the most promising students and pupils for their further sports improvement.

3.3. Conducts educational, training and educational work using a variety of techniques, methods and teaching aids, modern educational technologies, including information and digital educational resources.

3.4. 3.5. 3.6. Effectively solves professional pedagogical problems and typical professional tasks that arise in real situations of teaching activity, using life experience, existing qualifications, and generally accepted values;

3.7. Proficient in modern educational technologies, technologies of pedagogical diagnostics (surveys, individual and group interviews), psychological and pedagogical correction, stress relief, etc., methodological techniques, pedagogical means and their continuous improvement;

3.8. Uses methodological ideas, new literature and other sources of information in the field of competence and teaching methods to build modern classes with students, and implement evaluative and value reflection.

3.9. Ensures and analyzes the achievement and confirmation of levels of sports (physical) training by students, assesses the effectiveness of their training using modern information and computer technologies, incl. text editors and spreadsheets in their activities.

3.10. Provides an increase in the level of physical, theoretical, moral-volitional, technical and sports training of students, pupils, strengthening and protection of their health during classes, and the safety of the educational and training process.

3.11. Conducts preventive work to counter the use of various types of doping by students.

3.12. Develops a work program, annual and ongoing training plans, ensures their implementation, maintains systematic records, analysis, and summarization of work results, including using electronic forms.

3.13. Participates in the work of pedagogical, methodological councils, other forms of methodological work, in the preparation and conduct of parent meetings, recreational, educational and other events provided for by the educational program, in the organization and conduct of methodological and advisory assistance to parents and persons replacing them.

3.14. Ensures the protection of life and health of students and pupils during the educational process. Complies with labor protection and fire safety regulations. Conducts training on labor protection for students with mandatory registration in a standard journal;

4. Rights.

4.1.Participate in the management of the school in the manner prescribed by the Charter of the Youth Sports School.

5.Responsibility.

In accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, the trainer-teacher is responsible for:

5.2. Life and health of students during the educational process, violation of the rights and freedoms of students.

5.3. For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment without good reason of the Charter and Internal Labor Regulations of the Youth Sports School, legal orders of the school director and other local regulations, job responsibilities established by these Instructions, the trainer-teacher bears disciplinary liability in the manner prescribed by labor legislation.

5.4. For the use, including one-time use, of educational methods associated with physical and (or) mental violence against the student’s personality, as well as the commission of another immoral offense, a trainer-teacher may be dismissed from his position in accordance with labor legislation and the Law of the Russian Federation “ About education". Dismissal for this offense is not a disciplinary measure.

5.5. For culpable infliction of damage to the school or participants in the educational process in connection with the performance (non-performance) of their official duties, the trainer-teacher bears financial liability in the manner and within the limits established by labor and (or) civil legislation.

6. Relationships. Relationships by position.

6.1.Works in the mode of fulfilling the volume of academic workload assigned to him in accordance with the schedule of training sessions, participation in compulsory planned school-wide events and self-planning of compulsory activities for which production standards are not established.

6.2. During the vacation period, which does not coincide with vacation, he carries out pedagogical, methodological and organizational work within the normalized part of his working time, corresponding to the established volume of academic workload or pedagogical work assigned to him before the start of the vacation. 6.3.Replaces, in the established manner, temporarily absent trainers and teachers on an hourly basis or on a tariff basis (depending on the period of replacement).

6.4. Receives materials of a regulatory, legal, organizational and methodological nature from the administration of the children's sports school, gets acquainted with the relevant documents against receipt.

6.5.Systematically exchanges information with the administration and teaching staff of the Youth Sports School.

7. Qualification requirements.

7.1. Higher vocational education or secondary vocational education in the field of physical education and sports without presenting requirements for work experience, or higher vocational education or secondary vocational education and additional vocational education in the field of physical education and sports without presenting requirements for work experience.

7.2. For a senior trainer-teacher - higher professional education in the field of physical education and sports and work experience in the specialty of at least 2 years.
