To narrow down the search results, you can refine your query by specifying the fields to search for. The list of fields is presented above. For example:

You can search in several fields at the same time:

Logical operators

The default operator is AND.
Operator AND means that the document must match all elements in the group:

research development

Operator OR means that the document must match one of the values in the group:

study OR development

Operator NOT excludes documents containing this element:

study NOT development

Search type

When writing a query, you can specify the method in which the phrase will be searched. Four methods are supported: search with morphology, without morphology, prefix search, phrase search.
By default, the search is performed taking into account morphology.
To search without morphology, just put a “dollar” sign in front of the words in the phrase:

$ study $ development

To search for a prefix, you need to put an asterisk after the query:

study *

To search for a phrase, you need to enclose the query in double quotes:

" research and development "

Search by synonyms

To include synonyms of a word in the search results, you need to put a hash " # " before a word or before an expression in parentheses.
When applied to one word, up to three synonyms will be found for it.
When applied to a parenthetical expression, a synonym will be added to each word if one is found.
Not compatible with morphology-free search, prefix search, or phrase search.

# study

Grouping

In order to group search phrases you need to use brackets. This allows you to control the Boolean logic of the request.
For example, you need to make a request: find documents whose author is Ivanov or Petrov, and the title contains the words research or development:

Approximate word search

For an approximate search you need to put a tilde " ~ " at the end of a word from a phrase. For example:

bromine ~

When searching, words such as "bromine", "rum", "industrial", etc. will be found.
You can additionally specify the maximum number of possible edits: 0, 1 or 2. For example:

bromine ~1

By default, 2 edits are allowed.

Proximity criterion

To search by proximity criterion, you need to put a tilde " ~ " at the end of the phrase. For example, to find documents with the words research and development within 2 words, use the following query:

" research development "~2

Relevance of expressions

To change the relevance of individual expressions in the search, use the " sign ^ " at the end of the expression, followed by the level of relevance of this expression in relation to the others.
The higher the level, the more relevant the expression is.
For example, in this expression, the word “research” is four times more relevant than the word “development”:

study ^4 development

By default, the level is 1. Valid values are a positive real number.

Search within an interval

To indicate the interval in which the value of a field should be located, you should indicate the boundary values in parentheses, separated by the operator TO.
Lexicographic sorting will be performed.

Such a query will return results with an author starting from Ivanov and ending with Petrov, but Ivanov and Petrov will not be included in the result.
To include a value in a range, use square brackets. To exclude a value, use curly braces.

If you have a small child, then you are faced with the question of getting your child interested in reading children's literature or educational games. I want to recommend you a very good children's magazine from the Toloka Publishing House, called "Sasha and Masha".

This magazine is suitable for both little girls and boys. It is approximately designed for children 5-8 years old. This is an entertaining and very educational magazine for children. Despite its not very large volume, it is very informative. I would like to introduce you more closely to its contents.

MAGAZINE REVIEW.

As they say, getting to know a magazine begins with its cover. The cover is very colorful and attractive. It's glossy. It has the name of the magazine, its number, and a colorful drawing.

Each issue contains a gift for a child - a 3D toy and exciting trips around the world with the heroes of this magazine.

The pages of this magazine are made of fairly thick, high-quality white paper. This issue was pre-New Year's, so the content of the issue was dedicated to the New Year. On the back cover there is information about subscribing to the magazine for the next year. Here are the terms of the competition that the publishing house announced to its subscribers. I liked the snowman competition. Children are invited to build a snowman, photograph it and send it to the editor. The winner - the one whose snowman is the best - will receive a prize. It seems to be a seasonal competition. But we have no snow at all in Ukraine this year. I think the kids will be upset. who will not be able to fulfill these conditions of the competition.

There is also a task in the magazine that every child can complete. You need to light the Christmas tree, and to do this you need to find the desired fragment in the picture.

I liked the comics in this magazine. Their theme is also New Year's and interesting. Even adults will find it interesting to read and watch them. Therefore, I advise you to read them together with your children - it brings them closer together.

What child doesn't like to draw or color pictures? This is the kind of task that children will enjoy. you need not just draw and color, but also please.

An interesting craft in the shape of a cute dog can be made thanks to these patterns. This new year has been declared the year of the Yellow Dog. This dog can decorate a holiday home; it can be placed under the Christmas tree. It will make a very funny dog.

The middle of the magazine is made in the form of a wall calendar. This will be another New Year's gift. The calendar is very colorful and beautiful.

The task of finding 10 differences in a picture is familiar to many and has become one of the favorite hobbies not only for children, but also for adults. Help your children find these differences in similar pictures. This helps to develop attention and observation skills.

All children love animals. We, the parents, want to introduce them to this world. This section about animals will broaden their horizons. In this issue, children meet a wolf. Very simple and interesting information about this forest animal is in this section.

And of course, a literary page is good entertainment for children. Here you can read a short fairy tale or story. It's very entertaining. If your children can't read, read to them yourself. And if they are learning to read, then start reading, and then when the child is interested, offer to finish reading himself. This will improve your child's reading skills.

The last pleasant bonus of the magazine was paper dolls that need to be dressed. To do this, various beautiful clothes are drawn that need to be cut out. This game is also familiar to many children.

I really liked the magazine. Even its name says that it will be interesting to both boys and girls. Reading it is interesting and pleasant. The magazine has many bright illustrations.

This magazine can be purchased at any retail outlet where magazines and newspapers are sold. It can also be issued at the post office.

Periodicity

  • 1 time per month

When going with our five-year-old son to the clinic or just for some business that involves traveling by transport, we make sure to take with us a new, unread issue of one of our favorite children’s magazines and a box of colored pencils.

This really helps to have a fun, interesting and useful time while traveling or while waiting for your turn. Therefore, now I want to talk about our most revered periodicals today.

Popular magazine for children 3-6 years old “Mishka Toptyzhka”

We first became acquainted with “Mishka Toptyzhka” 2 years ago, and all this time at the beginning of each month we rushed to the newsstand to get a new issue. But, unfortunately, since the summer of this year we stopped purchasing it, as we began to notice that there was a simple reprinting of 2013 issues one after another, and we were already working on them. But, nevertheless, for those who have recently joined the cheerful and friendly company of the heroes of “Mishka Toptyzhka” or are just planning to do so, I can confidently say that this is a good choice.

At the beginning of each issue there is a detailed content of materials, grouped into thematic sections:

  • "Funny Stories";
  • “Problems (for studying shapes, shapes, colors) and coloring”;
  • “ABC and counting”;
  • "Game and Recipe";
  • “For Dads and Moms” (a page for parents with tips and recommendations for the development and upbringing of children).

Educational facts and stories from the life of the animal world, as well as the section “The World Around Us” introduce young readers to the diversity of our planet. On the spread there are large coloring pages with game tasks.

High-quality thick paper of the magazine allows you to create a variety of magazines that are sure to be present in every issue. If you remember the latest creations we made from “Teddy Bear”, these are funny photo frames, a giraffe height meter and a basket for sweets for Easter.

My little son, together with the heroes of the magazine, had the pleasure of:

  • solved logical and mathematical problems;
  • solved themed sudoku puzzles;
  • became familiar with the alphabet and numbers;
  • listened and came up with interesting and fascinating stories from the pictures;
  • painted and crafted.

The magazine is simply wonderful, great, ingenuity and imagination! The indicated age recommendations are fully consistent with the content of the publication.

Children's magazine "Razvivalki"

Let me start with the fact that each number oriented for children from 5 years old, develops a certain topic (for example, the theme of the latest issues - sports, Russian cities, music) - this is very convenient for those enthusiastic mothers who organize classes according to the principle.

Each issue of the magazine opens and ends with a fascinating comic strip, and inside the publication there are a variety of entertaining tasks:

  • find differences and fragments;
  • finish drawing and coloring;
  • scanwords;
  • crosswords;
  • fillwords;

  • digital and logical puzzles;
  • labyrinths;
  • riddles;
  • interesting stories;
  • walking games;
  • memory;
  • culinary page.

The “School of Magic” section alternates with “Professor Mulkina’s Laboratories,” thanks to which my son and I first discovered the amazing world of magic and scientific discoveries two years ago.

"Encyclopedia of Cactus" introduces us to unusual facts of the plant world (flowers, coniferous and deciduous trees, etc.). Also in “Razvivalki” attention is paid to the development of a child’s creative abilities - these are drawing and modeling lessons, templates for appliqué, cut-out toys, creating a puppet theater and many other materials for skillful fingers.

Children's newspaper "Fidget"

Although the name contains the word “newspaper”, in reality it is a full-fledged magazine publication, printed, like “Razvivalki”, on very high-quality paper. Each issue begins with the “Funny Stories” section, where in the form of a comic book we get acquainted with various animals, birds, plants, and inanimate objects.

For example, in recent issues the heroes of the comics have become a salamander, a chipmunk, a platypus, mirrors, a candy tree, soap bubbles, and cacti. With almost every issue of past years, we collected 3D clamshell toys of various animals; starting from this year, we cut out templates from the pages of the magazine and make funny cartoons or gag toys.

The magazine is simply replete with a variety of game and logic tasks. Here are just some of the regular columns of “Fidgets”:

  • "Merry verse";
  • “To be or not to be?” (the pros and cons of different professions are clearly discussed);
  • “Workshop” (crafts workshops);
  • “School Sketches” (interesting and instructive stories from school everyday life);
  • "Experiment";
  • “Dvizhukha” (rules of fun outdoor games);
  • “Dictionary” (pictures explain the meanings of various interesting words);
  • “Nimble Cook” (children learn to prepare healthy and tasty desserts).

In addition, each issue contains tasks based on pictures, regular and mega mazes, puzzles, drawings in cells, smart coloring books, searching for puzzle pieces, exciting counting tasks, crosswords and rebus scanwords, riddles, fairy tales, text and digital ciphers on spy pages , a walking game, drawing and modeling lessons (you can even create entire collections of plasticine characters).

Magazine "Sasha and Masha: 1000 adventures"

Initially, the age marking of the magazine was indicated from 4 years, but after the release of the first two issues it changed to 6+, but I did not notice any changes in the content, headings and complexity of game tasks in subsequent issues.

Do you want to play with your child easily and with pleasure?

The magazine contains a lot of accessible developmental materials, tasks, and creative ideas. I will cite the entertaining sections of the magazine that are repeated from issue to issue:

  • “Lost” (game tasks based on pictures);
  • “Why” (reader question and editor’s answer);
  • “Color it” (large coloring by numbers);
  • “Risovalka” (a very interesting presentation of drawing lessons);
  • “Hocus Pocus” (crafts, drawings and fun games with a secret, often master classes are shared by the readers themselves);
  • "Cross-question" (crossword puzzle);

  • “Read it” (encrypted phrases and words);
  • “Count it” (digital tasks);
  • “Recess” (outdoor games);
  • “My Beast” (facts and photos of representatives of the animal world);
  • “Super Coloring Book” (two pages with exciting tasks);
  • "Who to be?" (briefly about the profession and a thematic game task);
  • “Guess it” (riddles);
  • “Reader” (poems and stories to read in large print);
  • Large colorful labyrinth;
  • Funny comic.

At the end of each issue there are paper craft templates and useful signs.

Since the beginning of this year, the magazine has added a new permanent column, “Around the World,” which, right from the cover, invites children to travel to different countries of the world. In fact, in the entire issue, only 3 pages of a comic book, a small dictionary, and also a paper craft - the symbol of the country on the spread (for example, for China - a dragon, for India - an elephant, for Australia - a kangaroo, etc.) are devoted to traveling around the designated country. .).

In my opinion, this is very little for getting to know a new country - more game tasks and educational materials with photographs of the sights of each country could have been placed. Therefore, the “Around the World” section declared on the cover of the magazine can be considered conditional.

In any case, the magazine “Sasha and Masha: 1000 Adventures” can be given a high rating.

Magazine "Sanka in the Land of Fairy Tales"

The very name of the magazine calls young readers to, and in fact, each page contains exciting tasks based on famous fairy tales. The bright cover with images of fairy-tale characters simply beckons you to start getting acquainted with the magazine as soon as possible. “Read, Learn, Master, Play” - this call is indicated on the cover of each issue, and all this is present in abundance in the publication.

Since the publication of the magazine, it has been focused for children from 5 years old, but the latest issue has changed the age recommendations to 6+. Using the example of my little son, who really loves to play with this magazine, I assure you that 5-year-old children can safely participate in fairy-tale adventures with the amazing boy Sanka.

Each issue opens with a new fairy-tale story in which the main character finds himself. And it all starts with Sanka’s grandmother giving her a magic chest in which various fairy-tale kingdoms live. And every time, opening the chest, Sanka finds himself a participant in fabulous adventures and, of course, calls on his reader friends for help.

On the pages of the magazine there are many different intellectual tasks - some of them my son and I do easily, some we think about and reflect on, some are still difficult for us. Also here:

  • fairy tale coloring pages;
  • quizzes;
  • tricks;
  • crafts;
  • delicious recipes;
  • interesting facts about animals;
  • walking games;
  • DIY paper toy.

Another interesting point - on each page of the magazine there are 3 mugs with a different number of minutes. It is necessary to note the time before starting the task, and upon completion, count the minutes spent and cross out the corresponding circle. At the end of the log, the total amount of time it took to travel to the fairy tale is calculated, and depending on the result, the child is given appropriate recommendations.

I think for older children (from 7-8 years old) this is an excellent developmental moment. But for younger children, the main thing is not speed, but the process of completing tasks.

Children's educational magazine "Yula"

Some time ago I accidentally saw this magazine (for preschool children) in the post office and decided to buy it to try. Now we try to buy every issue whenever possible.

The pages of “Yula” contain a large number of diverse materials: educational comics, instructive stories, coloring books, logical riddles and tasks, labyrinths, fillwords, crosswords, puzzles, interesting facts about the life of our planet, fairy tales, outdoor games. On the double page there is an exciting colorful walker or board game.

  • "Do it yourself";
  • “Incredible tricks, experiments, tasks”;
  • “We cook ourselves”;
  • “Horror Stories” (about castles in various countries with an unusual scary history);
  • “Our Gallery” (a brief illustrated description of great artists and an entertaining drawing lesson).

We can say that the magazine lives up to its name, as it is simply replete with bright pictures and tasks. The funny characters of the magazine Yula and Vesnushkin are depicted on literally every page, present in every task, so it seems that we are really traveling with them around our planet, playing in the yard, looking for food, participating in a bike ride or cooking over a fire... This is very cool!

My son always flips through and studies “Yula” with pleasure, since the funny magazine fully corresponds to his interests.

There is no doubt that each of the presented magazines is a real treasure trove of exciting games, entertaining ideas, various educational tasks, interesting facts and educational materials.

Publication frequency: monthly(except for "Fidget", which comes out 2 times a month), so there is enough time for gaming activities using magazines, even if there are several of them. Unique colorful design and quite affordable by existing standards cost (from 30 to 40 rubles per room) make it a very real opportunity to give your child the joy of traveling through the pages of such fascinating publications.
